Stop! Do not Do These! These are poisons For Your Current Job



When we start new job after completing several steps like submitting resume and passing interview(s) we are always very cautious about it. Any step we take or any move we make is full of care and caution but what happen after a year or two? We start relaxing, Ignoring cautions and end up with deadly blunders. Well, it is human psychology that when he commands over something he becomes careless or takes it for granted but he forgets that misfortune always comes when we are sleeping. Now question arises what mistakes we generally make due to our lack of care.  After a thorough research, I collected some deadly mistakes that can deeply hurt your current job.



MISTAKE NO. 1 SEARCHING NEW JOB BY USING OFFICE INTERNET.

Yeah it is dangerous because your entire office data, whether it is sent or received is closely monitored and if monitoring team catches that you are trying to fly then your management can start putting eyes on you. They can watch your every step and if they perceive that, you will not stay in any case then they can try to hold you back by hooks or by crocks. They can create hurdles, make excuses, building problems in your way or may create the situation to make you quit without claiming your benefits like gratuity or P.F

MISTAKE NO.2 LYING OR EXAGGERATING

Never lie or exaggerate about your skills,  expertise, qualification and/or experience because lie does not have legs to stand upon and once your lie becomes unveil you would definitely loose your authenticity and credibility and no one wants to trust you.

MISTAKE NO. 3 ASSUME YOUR SELF AS A MASTER OF WORK.

Yeah it is the most common mistake done by employees. It usually occurs after a year or two when you get used to work with same patterns. Usually we think that now we have learnt everything and do not need more with ignoring the fact that world and technology are changing with every minute and to compete this world we have to try to learn all these changes otherwise we left behind.

MISTAKE NO.4 NEGLIGENCE DUE TO SAME, REPEATED DAY-TO-DAY WORK

The most common human psychology is, when a person daily repeats similar tasks, he becomes relax and starts ignoring rules and regulations, which sometimes encircled him in serious trouble. So, never neglect necessary precautions and rules because you negligence can drag you in problems or troubles
